When will I receive my order?

After you completed an order with Carrus, you can go to My account → Invoices. There you will see all the information related to you order: the actual times, tracking codes for packages that were already shipped and all changes of your order. If a product is not in stock, you won't have to wait for too long - we have shipments from the USA twice a week, so it will be at your doorstep very soon.


The delivery date depends on the two main factors: if the products are in stock or not and where we have to ship them to. Also you can see the information about the delivery time on the product page.
